This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Navigation menu is not displaying for translated language page.

Solution:
Enabled translations for the header and footer. Then, translating the header and footer fixes the navigation missing issue on translated language page.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
Your forum's frequently asked questions, regarding the same issue of no navigation menu displaying is what I have read. I have increased the Memory Limits on the Config file, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin.
Is there a similar example that we can see?
In the Advanced Translation Errors page, it reads the following:

ATE Server Communication
Internal Server Error

What is the link to your site?
hidden link is the translated directory, hidden link is the default English page

Thanks for contacting WPML support.

I've checked your Website here hidden link and I'm able to see the missing header. Before we investigate this further, I'd like you to know that an "Internal Server Error" is usually a server-related issue. Could you contact your hosting provider and ask them to look into your server logs for you? Also, ask them to update the MySQL version to 5.6+ so that it meets the requirement as described at: https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/

If the issue persists, I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

IMPORTANT: Please, note, a backup is required for security reasons, and to avoid any data loss, you can use the https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/ plugin for these backup needs.

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Thanks for your reply.

I've checked and I noticed that you've not enabled translations for the header and footer. I've enabled it for you here hidden link as shown in the attached screenshot

Now you can translate the header here hidden link and footer here hidden link

Also, I've fixed the "Advanced Translation Editor" issue by editing the main language and re-translate it again. It should work now and could you please check again?
