Problem:
The client needs help deleting WPML.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with deleting WPML, we recommend you follow these steps:
1. Visit our documentation on Deleting Languages and Plugin Data by Doing a WPML Reset on Your Site.
2. Follow the guide to delete all translations.
3. Perform a WPML reset.
4. Disable and remove WPML from your site.

This should guide you through deleting all the translations, then reset WPML and then disable + remove WPML from your site.
