There is a limitation in importing the products using the files you provided. Since the files don’t include a unique identifier and you want to update the SKU (which is unique in both languages), this becomes challenging.
The product ID differs between the Arabic and English versions, which makes direct matching difficult. I have shared the details with our second-tier team for further checking, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please wait.

We are currently preparing a dump file to test the import on your staging site. Just a quick question: are the Product IDs the same on both sites? The main challenge we are facing here is the absence of a unique identifier. Thank you for your understanding.
