Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove all translated content from my site using the WPML → Support → Troubleshooting options. I want to keep only the default language content. The issue can be seen at this link: hidden link.

Symptoms:
The process is very slow and fails to complete. It keeps loading continuously without finishing, and the translated data is not removed from the site.

Questions:
Why is the process of removing translated content slow and incomplete?
How can I successfully remove all translated data and keep only the default language content?

Hi there,

After you click on the language to remove the data, what are your results?

Please right click on the page -> inspect -> console tab.

Do you see any errors logged?

Also, please try first with German as it has the least content.

The console error is not something that would cause any issues or coming from WPML.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
