You have installed WPML, and when adding/registering a new key from the admin dashboard, the site fails to connect.
Solution:
We recommend that you first provide a screenshot of the issue to help us better understand the problem. Meanwhile, please contact your hosting provider and request them to whitelist the following domains to ensure that your server is not blocking our API:
- wpml.org
- cdn.wpml.org
- api.wpml.org
- api.toolset.com
- cloudfront.net
This step is crucial for ensuring proper communication between your site and WPML services.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
