ninja forms redirect not working

aidaS-3	Background of the issue: When submitted a form, it should go to a thank you page, the redirect field is set: {wp:site_url}/thank-you/ the result I'm getting is not going to the translated version. Symptoms: Questions:

Bobby WPML Supporter since 04/2015 Languages: English (English ) Timezone: America/Los_Angeles (GMT-07:00)	Hi there, site_url() references the field labeled "WordPress Address (URL)" in General > Settings, therefore this is expected, it will always point to the default language URL. Please try using something like get_option( 'home' ) instead if possible.
