Hi,
We use WPML's translation plugin which recently renewed almost exactly a month ago in February under the agency plan. I believe the translation credits for the website have not reset, because only 8 bulk translations were done from the renewal period, now it displaying that the account is out of credits. That is not possible as the entire website was translated previously using the same amount of credits, and the amount of translatable content has not increased. I believe that there should be an error, as automatic translation is also disabled on word press. I would like to discuss ways for this issue to be resolved.
