No response on second tier ticket

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

thomasV-73	A couple of weeks ago I opened a ticket, the problem was that my site had gotten extremely slow from using WPML. The support team worker couldn't help me out and passed it onto second tier help to look into it. I can now no longer find this ticket in my account. I remember a support worker named Bobby helping me.
