Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a page on my website using WPML with the Avada theme. The site I need help with is hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I attempt to translate the page, everything appears green, and I click on finish. However, in the list of pages, I see a '+' instead of a flag, and the translation is not available on the front end.

Questions:
Why do I see a '+' instead of a flag in the list of pages after translation?
Why is the translation not available on the front end after completing it?
