[Closed] Not able to translate hyperlinks in my original page (stuck at 86% completed)

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate hyperlinks in my original page. The issue can be seen on this page: hidden link

Symptoms:
The translation process is stuck at 86% completed. I expected the links at the bottom of the English page to link to two English pages, but instead, I got text without any links.

Questions:
Why are the hyperlinks not translating?
How can I complete the translation process?
