I am trying to: Edit English page of website with elementor pro. But After updating same changes and complete data, I can see in other e.g SPANISH page of same . Its not updating independently it seems. It is not an issue with ELEMENTOR checked with their developer team already.

I expected to see: While updating English page nothing should be reflected in other language page even if its duplicated and set already.
Instead, I got: On update, changes can be seen in another language as well.

I understand the issue you're having. From WPML Debug Info, I noticed that the String Translation Plugin is not active on your site. To translater the sites build using Elementor, it is required to have the String Translation Plugin active. Please check the link below for more information.
Please install the String translation plugin on your site. After that, make an update on the page in default language and then update the Spanish translation again using Translation editor.

I have attached the screenshot how we are doing.
In English page edit we are duplicating the page in different language and then used to add other language related content there only.
And it was working previously with elementor. Same we are doing in our other website where we are using wp bakery.
As the option you have suggested did not worked for us previously when we have tried this is the reason we find this way and we were doing our translations.
This time we are doing it for our German website but the issue is the same.
What you say on this matter? please share your thoughts.
If you are entirely translating the content manually(by duplicating the page, editing the duplicate with the Elementor editor, and adding the relevant content), then the translated content should be visible on the frontend even without using the String Translation addon.
If it is not happening, could you please open the duplicated page in the WordPress editor and reconfirm that the page is independently translated?
