This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the One Click Accessibility plugin works fine in the translated language (Greek), but does not show the original English text when viewing the site in English.

Solution:
We recommend translating the remaining strings using WPML's String Translation feature. We have already translated some strings for the client, which resolved the issue for those particular strings. The client should follow these steps to translate the rest:
1. Go to WPML -> String Translation.
2. Find the strings related to the One Click Accessibility plugin.
3. Translate the strings into English.

If the solution provided here does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we encourage you to check the related known issues, verify the version of the permanent fix, and confirm that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still encounter issues, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket. For further assistance, you can reach out to us on the WPML support forum.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
I am trying to use one click accessibility plugin, the plugin works fine with the translate language (Greek) however it doesn't show the original English text when I use the english version.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I already tried scanning the plugin (it's the suggestion I read in other posts) but it didn't solve the issue.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
You can see the live website selina.gr and selina.gr/en (as you can see in the English version it displays the greek texts).

What is the link to your site?
selina.gr

Hi,

Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.

1) Could you please login to this sandbox site and upload your plugin? (hidden link)

After that, please try to replicate the issue. If the issue is replicable, please let me know the steps to reproduce it.

2) According to your Debug.info, the WordPress core, WPML plugins, and some other plugins need to be updated, so please update them to avoid compatibility issues between versions.
You can find the latest WPML versions here. (https://wpml.org/account/downloads/)

Thanks for your cooperation

Regards,
Osama

1. Unfortunately I couldn't replicate the issue, it seems the plugin is working just fine in the sandbox.

2. I updated all wpml plugins but this doesn't seem to be the solution

Hi,

Thanks for trying to replicate the issue. Could you please check if the issue persists in a minimal environment by following these steps?

1- Deactivate all the plugins except the active plugins on the sandbox.
2- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one.

If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is causing an interaction issue.

❌ Please backup your database before performing the above test ❌

If the issue persists in the minimal environment, I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

Your next answer will be private, which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I would need your permission to deactivate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Thanks for your cooperation

Regards,
Osama

Hi,

Thanks for the access details. I've translated some strings via WPML-> String Translation, and that worked correctly. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)

Would you please translate the rest of the strings and let me know if they are translated correctly?

I hope this helps you. If you need further info, please let me know.

Best regards,
Osama
