Hi there, If I understand correctly, when you open the translation editor by either clicking on the "pencil" or "+" icon, not all elements are shown as available to translate. Please share with me some examples of the issue and where I can see it in the front end so I can better assist. Additionally, based on the above, view the "Edit with Elementor" page and share a screenshot of the Elements used to create those items in the front end. Are those Elements coming from Elementor PRO or the theme? (many times themes and 3rd party plugins have custom Elementor elements) |

Yes, exactly. You can see it at my main site: hidden link - only the beginning is visible to translation, the rest of the site is still in Polish and the translation is not visible. I used some Elementor Pro elements, for example an animated title. But the rest is mostly basic elementor. |

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue. **Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken ** I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/ NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin. Thank you, |

I can send you a link to Temporary Admin to my WordPress/woocommerce site, but I need your email for this. Please send me your email. And also, I have no idea what FTP is and how to access it. Please let me know if we can start with admin to WordPress and if this will not work, tomorrow I will learn more about this FTP and try to gain accesss to it. ps. I made a full BACK UP, but remember that my site is live and active, so if anything will go wrong, please let me know and I will use my backup to repair it. |

Thank you - received I can see that the majority of the homepage in English is not translated. Reviewing the elements used, they are not coming from third party plugins or custom, they are part of Elementor PRO which is 100% compatible with WPML. All of these elements should work OK. Also, if I create a new page and add these elements they will translate as expected. I was able to do some further testing and found out that the problem here is caused by the emojis used in the button element within the HERO section. As a test I have removed the emojis from the button and I was able to translate the rest of the elements. Please review and let me know your results. In the meantime I am reviewing this with our team. |

NOTE: Since this is your live site I have added the emojis back to the button Also, I have credited your site with 2,000 credits which should cover all the credits I used during my testing plus some bonus credits. |

Thank you for your help. I deleted the emojis and now everything works correctly. Hope that in the future I will be able to use them, but for now I will manage without them. Thank you again. |
