OTGS installer Plugin does not activate

mikkoP-8	I am trying to: Activate OTGS installer after ZIP palcket download Link to a page where the issue can be seen: Installing Plugin from file gives: Unpacking the package… Installing the plugin… Plugin installed successfully. BUT Activation does not activate nor Activate, from installed plugins I expected to see: Activated pluging, and WPML installed... Instead, I got:

Mateus Getulio Supporter Languages: English (English ) Portuguese (Brazil) (Português ) Timezone: America/Sao_Paulo (GMT-03:00)	Hello there, Do you have any other WPML plugins installed? When there's any WPML plugin enabled, the OTGS installer is automatically disabled. Can you please go to wp-admin > Plugins -> Add new plugins and see if you can find a 'Commercial' tab. If so, please click on it, in the next page please select 'WPML Multilingual CMS', 'String Translation', 'Media Translation' and any other needed WPML addon and click on install. Then go back to the plugins page and activate the plugins you installed. You'll see a 'WPML' menu on the WordPress side bar where you'll be able to launch the install wizard.
