Could you please provide an updated set of WP admin access credentials for your website? It appears that the current credentials are no longer functional. Additionally, would it be feasible to reproduce the issue on our sandbox site, which can be accessed here: hidden link ? If not, could you maybe provide a copy of the site as explained here? https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/
