This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing a design issue on their live WordPress site where the page appears broken, but it looks correct in the editor. The issue arose after copying HTML markups from English to Spanish, suggesting a potential error in translating code or scripts.
Solution:
We recommend checking the translated script code in the translation boxes to ensure they match the original. If discrepancies are found, the client should re-translate the content to ensure consistency or manually adjust the second language template with the correct code. For guidance on using different translation editors, please refer to this documentation. Additionally, a helpful video can be found here: Video Link.

If this solution does not resolve the issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello,

I have checked and I see you are translating script code, but not all of them are the same in translation boxes, could be that is breaking the page and code.

You can try to re-translate and make it same, or just manually re-translate the page how you wish, since you are using custom code, it would be good to use manual method and manually directly adjust 2nd language template with correct code.

Let me know how it goes.

Thank you for the support, yeah I just copied over the original HTML markups from the English to Spanish and it fixed the issue, so perhaps the translator missed a piece of code in the HTML or Scripts.
