Hello,
We found two workarounds to prevent this issues:
1. Using the equal sign (recommended method):
Even though CF7 Allows you to write placeholder "Vardas" if you use the equal sign placeholder="Vardas" you will avoid this issue.
- Go to Contact and edit your form in the original language.
- Use the equal sign for the placeholder attribute for all fields and save.
- Retranslate your form.
2. Manually correcting translations:
The issue is that the shortcode [wpmlcf7-3-tel* phone placeholder] is wrongly translated to [wpmlcf7-3-tel* tālruņa numura aizvietotājs].
- Open the form translation in our translation editor.
- The shortcode should be identical to te original (untranslated).
- Only the label (above the shortcode) and the placeholder text (below the shortcode) should be translated.
