This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing a redirect issue where a category page is incorrectly redirecting to a product page. Both the category and the product have the same slug 'sac-en-paille-marocain', which is causing the redirection.
Solution:
1. Clear the website's cache, including server-side cache, to ensure no old redirects are stored.
2. Verify that no redirects are set in the Redirection plugin.
3. Change the slug of either the translated product or category to ensure they are unique. This step should resolve the conflict and stop the incorrect redirection.

If these steps do not resolve your issue, or if the information provided here becomes outdated, we recommend checking the related known issues and verifying that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket.

Background of the issue:
i got a Page with redirect error in this page: hidden link which is suppose to be a category page but instead i got this product page: hidden link

Symptoms:
I expected to see: hidden link Instead, I got: hidden link

Questions:
Why is the category page redirecting to a product page?
How can I fix the redirect issue on my category page?

before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

The page you are having problems with shows a 301 redirect if checked on hidden link, please try clearing the website's cache(server-site included) and also check if there is no redirect set with the Redirection plugin.

After that, check if the issue persists and let us know.

Hi There
Thanks for your reply, actually i already did all these steps but no results yet, there is no redirection set in my redirection plugin,
i have checked the page in hidden link it seems there is a 301 redirect
i just noticed that this is a product page that has the same title of another product page, could that is the reason for this redirection?!
also i have verified in my hosting end they said that it comes from WPML

Hello there,

I checked it and both the category and the product have the same slug "sac-en-paille-marocain". The WordPress itself advise against using the same slug in multiple places within the site, and when it happens, the posts/pages/products get preference over taxonomies and eventually medias with that same slug.

To fix this, it'd recommendable that you change the slug of the translated product or category, then both of them should become accessible again without the redirect issue you're experiencing.
