I sincerely apologize for how long this is taking, but there's something stopping me from moving forward: you are able to reproduce the issue from scratch, while I'm not.
Please check the steps I followed here: hidden link
I have NO issues, everything is working 100% correctly. There MUST BE something different, between what you are doing and what I'm doing. Please clarify what that is. How are you able to reproduce the issue? Please explain as best as you can, preferably recording a video while you do it. You can use Loom for that: hidden link
Thank you for sharing. Again, I'm sorry it's taking longer than usual to find a cause for this. I've decided to escalate your issue to our development team, to see if they have any insights on what might be going on.
To do that, I need a copy of your website. Nonetheless, I noticed that your server blocks both tools we use to migrate sites and create copies. In this case, I need access to a staging version where we can make tests that might break the website. If you have one, please send me the link here. You can keep the same user you already shared there, so you don't need to share access again. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

We found this to be a compatibility issue between Elementor and WPML. We are in touch with them to find a permanent solution, but I don't have a deadline on that. Meanwhile, it's necessary to use the workaround I shared. You can find more information here:
