However, before entering in your site and continuing with further investigation, I need your confirmation about deactivate/activating plugins and switching themes. If this is OK for you please let me know? On the other hand, if you don't want to risk your site's data, I'd recommend preparing a dev/staging site and provide the access. I was able to login to your staging site and fix that page not found error for the events page (resaved permalinks to Post Name), as I collected some information from your chat. So I am able to observe the issue and working on it. Once I'm able to fix it on the staging site, I'll explain the steps to fix on the live site. |

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I was able to observe the issue and found that it mostly works fine with 2024 theme, while issue happens when switched to Avada theme. I've escalated the issue to our 2nd tier team for further investigation and 'll get back to you accordingly. |

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. Our team tried some workaround which don't seem to work in your site. So we tried to reproduce the issue in a fresh environment where this also seemed to work fine. I've created a fresh sandbox site for you at hidden link (one-click login). Here I've installed WPML, String Translation, The Events Calendar and Avada theme. Can you please reproduce the issue in this Sandbox site? Please take your time and reply when the site is ready. Once you are able to reproduce the issue, please write down detailed steps about how one can reproduce the issue on another fresh installation. |

We tried the solution from this errata https://wpml.org/errata/the-events-calendar-translation-issues-for-certain-strings-with-non-block-themes/, which didn't seem to work in your site. So I then created a fresh test site at hidden link (one-click login) where I'm unable to reproduce the problem. However, I think I may be missing something. As requested in my previous message, please login to my test site from the above mentioned link and try to reproduce the problem. So we can know if it is easily reproducible or is only happening in your site? Based on that, I'll be able to move forward. If you're able to reproduce the issue in my test site, please take notes of the steps and share with me. Looking forward. |
