This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client is experiencing an issue where the headers are only appearing for 4 out of 8 language translations (Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian) on their website. In the other 4 languages, the header does not load when selecting the language, resulting in a missing header on the translated homepage. Solution: We recommend reviewing the automatic translations on your site to ensure they are published correctly. You can follow the steps outlined in the documentation here: How to review automatic translations on your site.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If further assistance is needed, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Background of the issue:
I'm having trouble with my translated headers. I installed the WPML plugin, and we have 8 languages we need the translations in on our site hidden link. I ran the translations and everything seemed to have gone smoothly.
Symptoms:
The header only appears for 4 of the translations (Arabic, Portuguese, Chinese, Russian). In the other 4, when you click on the language in the selector, it takes you to the correctly translated homepage, but doesn't load the header, so it's just missing entirely.
Questions:
Any chance someone is able to help? I tried the fixes that I found here like clearing the cache but none seemed to resolve it.

Hi,
do you have a staging environment where I can review this? If possible, I'd like to request temporary access to your site (wp-admin and FTP) to investigate the issue more thoroughly. Ideally, this would be a testing site where the issue can be replicated.
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.
Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.
IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this: hidden link

Hi,
When redirected to WordPress.com, I'm only able to see a very limited admin interface without access to menus or WPML settings nor plugins. Could you please provide full access to your backend via this user? Thanks!
Hey Marcel, thank you. I just checked each page and it looks like there's now a similar problem with the safe custody page - it exists in English but is completely missing in several of the other languages.
Also, now that the header works, can you help me delete that horizontal translation menu at the bottom of the footer? We only had it as it worked when the header didn't.
Thank you for the assistance.
