Background of the issue:
I've activated pay-as-you-go translation on my site hidden link. I set a limit to 50001 to 100,000 credits.

Symptoms:
The system used 100,004 credits and will charge me $72 instead of $17.

Questions:
Why did the system exceed the credit limit I set?
What will be my invoice amount given the exceeded credits?

Hi there,

I've adjusted the amount of credits used and you should see 100,000 now which should take you back to the previous limit.

Also, please note that you are using the legacy credits system for pay-as-you-go, if you wish to switch to the new pay-as-you-go plan we can help you do so.

Hi there,

I believe this might be due to an unpaid invoice,
hidden link

can you please review it and let me know if that resolves it?
