Hello, I have pay as you go active on this site. It somehow stopped working. Maybe there is a cap on usage for €100? How can I pay this, and resume my work?
As I understand, there is a safety cap on usage. My usage is just 320 credits till the cap (194860 used 195000 is the limit)
I need to use those 320, till the invoice appears so I can resume working. But how to use exactly 320 credits? I just want to pay the 100 and continue my work.
The problem is that all remaining pages I need to translate require more than 320 credits, so WPML refuses to start the translation jobs.
However, because I have not technically reached the safety limit yet, no invoice/payment option is triggered either. This means I cannot continue translating, but I also cannot manually pay and reset the limit.
I would simply like to pay the current balance now and continue working.
Could you please:
* manually trigger the invoice/payment,
* temporarily increase the safety limit,
* or otherwise help unblock the account?
