Background of the issue:
I am trying to connect the moskito.cz website to the Pay as you go service. I filled all fields and added the credit card. Here is a screenshot of the issue: hidden link.

Symptoms:
An error occurred when confirming the subscription: %{message}.

Questions:
Why am I getting an error when confirming the subscription?
Is there an issue with the credit card information I provided?

This issue is likely being caused due to an unpaid amount on your account. You can access the invoice to pay it here:

After that, you should be able to register PAYG on the website, as expected.

If that does not help, one of my colleagues will soon come to continue support.
