Hello,

To ensure the quickest and most accurate support, please provide your debug information so I can look at some of your configurations. We have an excellent article on how to locate it here: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/.

Please try the following:

❌ Please make a full website backup before proceeding ❌

1.
- Go to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting.
- Run these (in this order):
-- Clear the cache in WPML
-- Remove ghost entries from the translation tables
-- Fix element_type collation
-- Set language information
-- Fix post type assignment for translations
-- If available on your screen: Assign translation status to duplicated content
- Then go back to WPML → Translation Dashboard and try the bulk duplicate again.

2.
If it fails:
I suggest you try this to help us identify if it might be a conflict with another plugin or theme that is causing the problem.
**IMPORTANT:** Please try this in a staging environment or at least with a backup of your site files and database before continuing.
Disable all plugins except WPML-related and temporarily change the theme to a default WordPress such as Twenty Twenty-five.
Is the issue resolved with these settings? If so, please reactivate one by one to see which conflicts.

3.

If it still fails:

- Check if the issue happens for all pages or only a subset (e.g., pages created by an import/builder).
- Try duplicating one page that fails vs. one that works to isolate the problematic items.
- If only specific pages fail, it strongly suggests those items have broken/missing WPML language metadata (Solution 1 usually resolves this; if not, we may need to inspect the database tables).

Let me know your results, please.

Best Regards,
Otto
