Background of the issue:

The issue you're experiencing appears to be related to another plugin or the current server configuration.

I have not encountered this problem in a clean environment, so it's possible this is the cause.

To the best of my knowledge, it should not impact the functionality of your site or WPML. Although this looks like a warning, it seems to be harmless.

If you want to be extra cautious, I recommend creating a full backup of your website first. This way, you'll have the option to quickly restore it if necessary.
