Hello, Can you please confirm if you translate the form using WPML > Translation Management > Dashboard? If you did not translate the form this way, create a job for your form, then access the translation at WPML > Translations and complete it to 100%. If this will not solve the issue, please let us know. Best regards |

Hi, I have translated both of them and what happened...well not much.. 1. The NL WP forms -> FR was done, and shows correct now So plz advice on next steps. |

It seems that the minimum requirements are not met on the server: Could you please increase the WordPress memory limit (WP Memory Limit) to at least 256 MB? WPML requires at least 128M. Your current values are: PHP Memory Limit 8589934592 WP Memory Limit 40M You need to connect to your website's server and open the wp-config.php file in a text editor. The file is located in the WordPress root directory. Add this code to the wp-config.php file to increase WordPress memory:
define ('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M');
Add this just before this comment: // That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. The current values can be viewed under WPML > Support > WordPress. These settings can be restricted directly by your hosting provider. Therefore, I recommend contacting them and asking them to change them directly if the changes are not applied immediately. If adjusting the limit will not solve the issue, please let me know and we will take further steps. |

Did you try to apply the translation for the form again after adjusting the limit? If so, then I would like to offer to take a closer look. I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further. The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it. IMPORTANT If you can't see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site login details will be set to "PUBLIC". For "Maak uw keuze:": I have deleted those strings and then edited the original Dutch forms, which now register the strings with the source language Dutch. I updated the translation in String Translation and it solved the issue. Could you please provide more details about where this string is coming from? "Vul onderstaande gegevens in en wij sturen graag de technische fiche op" |

Would it be possible for you to cooperate in recreating this issue? Here is the One-Click-Login link to the test site: Hello Elementor, Elementor, Essential Addons for Elementor (used for the Creative Buton), WPForms (inkl. your form) and WPML (incl. addons) are already installed. I did not install CPT UI as I first would like to recreate the issue on a post using a Single Post Template. The issue I am having at the moment, is that I can not enable Elementor PRO to be able to create the templates and the popup. Could you maybe assist me on this matter? |
