Hello,
I created website with 3 lang,
but I noticed that in turkey lang. posts do not display in archive page
it's same setting and I have already posts in turkey.
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
1) Would you please elaborate more on the issue to help me understand it better?
It would be very helpful if you could share screenshots or a screen-recorded video while reproducing the issue.
2) It's not related to the issue, but according to your Debug.info, the WP memory limit needs to be increased. PHP memory is fine, but WordPress uses 40Mb as default. The minimum requirements for WPML are 128 MB. (Kindly check this page https://wpml.org/home/minimum-requirements/)
You can increase it by adding the following code in your wp-config.php file right before the /* That's all, stop editing! Happy publishing. */ line:
I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate the Plugins and the Theme and change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
Thanks for the access details. I installed a local copy of your site to check the issue without affecting your live site.
When checking the issue, I noticed that the Turkish posts template doesn't have the correct query. Please check the following steps:
1- Go to Bricks-> Templates
2- Switch the language from the top admin bar to Turkish
3- Edit the "Blog Arşivi" template using Bricks
4- Make sure that the template has the correct template settings (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
5- Check the posts query
6- Update the template
7- Clear the cache and check the translated posts page
It's great to hear that the issue is fixed 🙂 . Please don't hesitate to open a new ticket if you face any other issues. We are always happy to help you.
