This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue where the WordPress menu element in a pop-up is showing twice in the English version, and the dropdown icons are very large.
Solution:
We recommended conducting a plugin conflict test by deactivating all plugins except for WPML, its addons, and Elementor to identify if the issue is caused by a plugin conflict. Additionally, there is a known issue with Elementor PRO popups that might be related. We advised checking the Errata page for more details and trying the workaround mentioned there: https://wpml.org/errata/elementor-pro-inline-css-not-rendered-for-translated-pop-ups/

If the problem persists, we recommend opening a new support ticket or using the chat support for immediate assistance at this link. We also highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.

Background of the issue:
I try to fix this with different methods, reading articles. My main version is BG, I have a WordPress menu element in a pop-up. All my plugins and WordPress version are updated. I made a backup. A memory limit is 256 MB.

Symptoms:
In the English version, it shows 2 times and the icons for the dropdown are very big.

Questions:
How can I fix the issue of the menu showing twice in the English version?
How can I adjust the size of the dropdown icons in the English version?

Hi!

Here is your ticket. Please perform the plugin conflict test as mentioned in the chat. If the issue is resolved when only WPML and Elementor are active, the problem is likely due to a conflict between plugins. Start reactivating the plugins one by one, and after each activation, refresh the frontend and check if the issue reappears. This way, you can identify the specific plugin causing the issue.

Let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Thank you for the update.

There is a reported issue with Elementor PRO popups that closely resembles the one you reported. Please check this Errata for more details: https://wpml.org/errata/elementor-pro-inline-css-not-rendered-for-translated-pop-ups/

Would you please try the workaround mentioned in the Errata and check if that helps in solving the issue? Make sure to take a full backup before making any code changes.

If the issue persists even after that. Please let me know. I will check and assist you further.
