[Closed] Problem with disapearing menus

Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage menus in 3 languages on my WordPress site using WPML. When I have all plugins activated, my menus are not showing at all. When I deactivate WPML String Translation, my menus show but without icons in submenus. On my local portal, I get a message indicating that the site has moved to hidden link and provides options to either indicate the site should be at hidden link or mark it as a copy and enable automatic translation.

Symptoms:
Menus disappear when all plugins are activated. Menus show without icons in submenus when WPML String Translation is deactivated. Message about site moving to a new location appears on the local portal.

How can I fix the issue of disappearing menus when all plugins are activated?
Why are icons in submenus not showing when WPML String Translation is deactivated?
