I am trying to: change one elemnt of transleted page in WP editor

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: in every subpages agriplus.pl

I expected to see: I want to change one elemnt of page to difrent one on translated page

Instead, I got: "Edytor natrafił na nieoczekiwany błąd."

I already issued this problem on chat with consultant, but solution isn't solved my problem and I getting this same message. I was waiting for some updates counting that will solve the problem...

Hello,

while you wait for my colleague to take over the case, please follow next steps:

1) In order to expedite handling your support requests, can you please share WPML support debug information from your site.

- To give debug information, login to your site and go to WPML → Support. From there click on the “debug information” link at the bottom of the page.
- Once on the “debug information” page, select the entire content of the text box and copy it.
- Now go back to our support forum, find debug information box and paste it.

2) Please enable error logging that will save all errors in a file called debug.log, log file inside the /wp-content/ directory.

To do so, please add the following

define('WP_DEBUG', true);
define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false);

Once you have added those lines to your wp-config.php file, please try andreplicate the issue. Then go to your installation's wp-content folder and find the "debug.log" file that should've appeared by now (it will appear if it encounters an error in your server).

Then, upload that file into a storage platform of your choosing (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) and send me the link (make sure it's set as "public" otherwise i won't be able to access its content) so i can download it and take a look at it, and determine where to go from there.

It looks like you've not provided the information that we require. I will need to closely examine your website. Therefore, I will require temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to a test site where the problem has been replicated, if possible. This will enable me to provide better assistance and determine if any configurations need to be modified.

Please note that it is important to have a backup for security purposes and to prevent any potential data loss. You can use the UpdraftPlus plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/updraftplus/) to fulfill your backup requirements.

Your upcoming reply will be treated with confidentiality and will only be visible to you and me.

✙ To resolve the issue, I may need your consent to deactivate and reactivate plugins and the theme, as well as make configuration changes on the site if necessary. This emphasizes the significance of having a backup.

I can't provide you such a access to our website. I can provide You a list of installed plugins, and I can deactivated some of them, but admin access isn't a option. In attachment is list of installede plugnis, for the start.

Could you please backup and update the WPML plugin to the latest version?

Then, make minor edits to the primary language page and re-translate it. Then, try editing the translated page and see if it works.

I can't edit translation, I have only edit page - now it's default option for this one site. And when I'm in edit mode, any interaction is causes the error. In edition mode I can't switch to transletion mode. There isn't any option for that.

I found the switch, change the translation, but problem still occur. Is there any other solution?

Refer to the instructions provided by WPML on how to provide supporters a copy of your site: https://wpml.org/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

If the archive file exceeds 400MB in size, please utilize Duplicator's file filters to exclude the cache, wp-uploads directory, media, and archive files.

Once you have the archive file, please share the link with us. You can use services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar platforms as the snapshot file will likely be large.

Please note that your next reply will be private, visible only to you and me. You can paste the link to the file there. Rest assured that once the issue is resolved, I will delete the local site.
