Dear Team,

I am not exactly sure, if WPML is causing my issue, but I ask anyway, maybe you have an idea.

I use Learndash and Elementor, to build courses I want to offer in various languages. After installing WPML (after a break time, I forgot that I bought the lifetime deal, but now want to use it for my site), I cannot access the builder and setting tag in the Learndash course or quiz menu (it’s where you can change what elements the course has and also the basic descriptions which I edit with elementor). See upper left part of the screenshot.

If it may have something to do with WPML, do you have an idea to solve this? I also asked the Learndash support about it.

Best regards,
Marcel Eikermann

Hi there,

Thanks for your contact.

Before your ticket is assigned to one of my colleagues, please allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps. This will help speed up the support process.

We might be facing an interaction issue with a third-party functionality, in this case:

- Deactivate all the plugins that are not related to WPML or Learndash
- Switch for a moment to a WordPress default theme like Twenty Twenty-one
- If the issue is gone, activate one by one to see with which one there is an interaction issue

Could you please tell me the results of this investigation? Thank you!

Kind regards,
Mateus.

Hi,

thanks for the advice.
I tried to restart all plugin and there was one that made all the trouble (although I had it installed from the very beginning). It was not so important so I will leave it deactivated.

Thanks for the help (although it luckily had nothing to do with WPML.)
