Background of the issue:
I need to refresh permanent links after saving each translation, as I have an error 404 if not.

Symptoms:
Error 404 occurs if I do not refresh permanent links after saving each translation.

Questions:
Why do I need to refresh permanent links after saving each translation to avoid error 404?
