I am trying to: automatically translate the client's website, but I am not able to open the review button view in the Translations queue... It only triggers an infinity load and nothing happens.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see a frontend view of the Elementor translated page from Slovak to English.

Instead, I got: Nothing, the button infinity loads, and the translated page does not open.

It only eats my credit and does not work. Cannot open review and publish the translations.

Do you please know how to fix it?

Thanks, Jaroslav

Hello Jaroslav
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're having and will try my best to assist you in this matter.

Issues like infinite loading of the Review button can occur when languages are set to hidden. Kindly navigate to "WPML > Languages", scroll to the "Hide Languages" section, and ensure that no languages are selected to be hidden.

If everything is fine there, please try the following and check if that helps to solve the issue.

- Clear your site's and server's cache (ask your hosting if you're not sure how to do this)
- Go to WPML -> Support -> Troubleshooting
- Press the following buttons:
• "Clear the cache in WPML"
• "Remove ghost entries from the translation tables"
• "Fix element_type collation"
• "Set language information"
• "Fix post type assignment for translations"
• "Synchronize local job IDs with ATE jobs"

I hope it will help. However, rest assured that if the Review button is visible, it indicates the page has already been automatically translated, and no additional credits will be consumed during the review process.

Let me know the update. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
