I've done further investigation and attempted to replicate the issue on a fresh installation, but I couldn't.

You are using the Elementor widget from the BA Book Everything plugin called "All items." Your current theme seems to have modified it in some way. When I temporarily switched the theme to something else on your staging site, I received a fatal error related to this widget. So, I couldn't access your website's page with another theme.

You mentioned that you have version 2.3.8 of your theme. When I visited the theme's website and clicked on hidden link, it showed 2.4.8 at the bottom of the page, which includes some important updates related to Elementor, specifically fixing a widget bug in Elementor 3.22.0.

Could you please check with the theme's author?

I have also enabled a private message so you can update the FTP access once you update the theme.

Meanwhile I've send an email to the theme as I cannot download the 2.4.8 version from their website. Noticed this recomandation with elementor to roll back to prev version, but I will wait for latest version and let you know, please dont close ticket

It is best to work with the latest code available. Some issues could already be fixed. Please inform me once everything is updated. I look forward to your response.

it was their mistake in that log, that is the latest version. please help me now solve the issues and stop this delay as its urgent

For sure another theme will show you error, dont do this. use only triply theme.

Thank you for your feedback. I will investigate this further, as it could be a compatibility issue. If so, we may need the theme author's cooperation in this process.

I want to inquire about the possibility of replicating your site locally. To do this, I will need to temporarily install a Duplicator or All In One Migration plugin on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and its content. Alternatively, if you prefer to handle this independently, you can provide the snapshot and send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.

Please let me know your thoughts on this.

I will try to find a solution; if not, the problem needs to be escalated then, and the author needs to be involved.

Yes, I can try. But on staging back settings for wpml are correct? And about talking with author, plenty of suggestions for translating this theme in another languages were towards wpml. This suggestions were made by author.

Another thing...at some point when I made manually a translate was showing in all items. so maybe is something related with automatically translations?
