Problem:
The client was unable to translate the Flatsome theme's Global Product Tab even after following the instructions from a provided errata link and trying various methods such as adding code, updating products, and scanning theme files.
Solution:
We recommended that the client should translate the admin strings through WPML's String Translation by following the guide at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings.
