This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to translate the Flatsome theme's Global Product Tab even after following the instructions from a provided errata link and trying various methods such as adding code, updating products, and scanning theme files.
Solution:
We recommended that the client should translate the admin strings through WPML's String Translation by following the guide at https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/string-translation/finding-strings-that-dont-appear-on-the-string-translation-page/#translate-admin-and-settings-strings. Hello I have a problem with translation of Flatsome Global Product Tab.
Previous supporter sent me this link: https://wpml.org/errata/flatsome-unable-to-translate-custom-product-tabs/
I've added the code, tried tu change the text, update the products, scan the theme files, search for the string to translate this tab and so far nothing works for me

I just checked the necessary boxes so that I can add credentials securely and privately of your staging site.

This way only the two of us can observe them.

I suggest you create a temporary user, so you can delete it after closing the ticket.

Could you please tell me from where do you add that tab?

If I go to Product data --> Extra I don´t see that tab.

You Can acces it in WordPress Customizer > Woocommerce > Product Page > Tabs

As there are string that are coming from the themes, you will need to translate the admin string from WPML --> String translation following this guide:
