Background of the issue:
We are currently working on building a new website which is based on SiteOrigin hidden link. We also installed WPML to be able to use WPML editor to translate pages into English.

Symptoms:
We do not have any content when we try to switch to WPML editor using this button hidden link. We do not see any content from Site Builder there hidden link.

Questions:
Could you please help us to understand what is wrong and advise what to do to be able to use WPML editor to translate pages?

Hi There,
Thanks for contacting WPML Support.

I understand the issue you're facing. We're aware of a problem with the SiteOrigin Page Builder where content added within the builder may not appear for translation in the Advanced Translation Editor. Please refer to the Errata below for more details.

If you're having the same issue, please try the solution mentioned in this ticket and I hope it will help to solve the issue.

Please let me know if this information helps resolve the issue, or if you need any further assistance. I'm here to help!

Best regards,
Prosenjit

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

It did not help us. We tried to do the way explained here https://wpml.org/it/forums/topic/certi-testi-di-site-origin-non-appaiono-sul-editore-di-traduzione/#post-15493216

Basically, it's strange that page is coming to Translations Queue instead of editor.. hidden link

Thanks.

Hi There,
Thank you for the update.

The code in the other ticket will register the SiteOrigin Page Builder modules for translation, allowing you to translate the content directly from the translation editor.

However, if you're being redirected to the translation queue page, it might be due to an issue with the translation editor configuration or a synchronization problem with the translation editor. Please try the following steps and check if they help in solving the issue.

- Please go to "WPML > Settings"
- From Translation Editor, ensure that you've selected a Translation Editor. It is recommended to select the "Advanced Translation Editor"
- Save the changes.
- Go to WPML → Support and click on the Troubleshooting link.
- Click Synchronize local job ids with ATE jobs and Synchronize translators and translation managers with ATE button.
- Open the default page and make a small change in the Title. Then update the page.
- After that, try updating the translation. The editor should now load correctly.

Please let me know how it goes. I will be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter.

Best regards,
Prosenjit
