Bonjour,

Toujours pas de réponse depuis une semaine. Avez-vous pu trouver la raison de bug svp ? De notre côté, ça ne marche toujours. On ne peut pas connecté la clé de wpml dans wordpress.

Merci de faire le nécessaire pour que ça soit résolu rapidement.

Hi,

I still have an issue please.
The WPML plugin can't connect to wpml pluging.

To debug this issue further, I would need to check your site settings once, for this I would need temporary access (wp-admin and ftp) to your site.

We would suggest you to create a backup before providing the details. It will be impossible for us to debug if something goes wrong while testing issues. You can also contact your server provider as they must have ways to backup the site.

Till now, still no update in the plugin on why it is not working. And our website is sending error 500 when we update the plugin

Hi,

We still need to configure the website to make the backup. Don't you only need the .htaccess ? If yes we could send it. Or you have to make another change eslewhere?

It's not possible to debug it using .htaccess, I would need wp-login details to check this further.

You can consult your server provider as most server provider has an backup system available.
