This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with WPML taking credit for every translation edition and is having difficulty understanding how to use the WPML plugin, including not finding the undo button.
Solution:
If you're experiencing issues with automatic deductions of translation credits when editing translations in the Advanced Translation Editor, you can click on the "Undo" button to prevent automatic translation. A popup will appear, allowing you to choose whether to translate content automatically in the future. For more details, please refer to our documentation on the Advanced Translation Editor.

If you've previously completed a translation and can't see the undo button, try creating a new page and translating it to view the button again. If you need further assistance or if this solution doesn't seem relevant to your issue, please open a new support ticket.

Why do you take credit from me in every translation edition, it's just editing. Ex: homepage

Also we can´t translate copyright ( footer ) of website, we don´t see the translation.

We honestly can't understand how to use your plugin.

Hi there,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

When editing the translation in Advanced Translation Editor, if you don't want to translate the content automatically, you can click on "Undo" button and there is a popup that allows you to select translate content automatically or not next time.
Refer documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/translating-your-contents/advanced-translation-editor/#automatic-translation

We can handle one issue per ticket only so I will split your second issue with the translation footer copyright into a new ticket for better handling.

If you still don't understand how WPML works, please read more in the Getting Started documentation https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/

Look forward to your reply.
Thanks

Hi,

That means you've clicked on the Completed button for the translation before. You can create a new page and translate it to view the button again. Let me know how it goes.

Thanks.
