Hi there,

We are doing our best and we appreciate your patience. We understand that you have a client waiting.

I copied the website and started troubleshooting there and tested without third party plugins and used the default theme and could not find the reason why this is happening.

I already reported this to the second tier support and waiting for their reply.

Is there anything that you can share that might help us? What was the steps you have done and if it was working ok before?

Please share as much information as you can to help us here.

Also please consider that this issue will take time so we can not guarantee a quick fix.

Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Hi there,

I have an answer from the second-tier support:

- Go to WordPress Dashboard > Woocommerce > Woocommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency > Multicurrency (tab)
- Under the currencies, uncheck the Show only products with custom prices in secondary currencies checkbox.
