This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: You are trying to move products from one domain to another using WPML and the WebToffee plugin. When opening an Excel file, the Armenian translation has an issue with utf-8 encoding.
Solution: We have identified that the issue arises because the free version of the "Product Import Export for WooCommerce" plugin does not support multilingual features fully. To resolve this, you need to upgrade to the premium version of the plugin. This version supports multilingual capabilities when used with WPML.
For more information on the plugin and its features, please visit:
If upgrading does not resolve the issue, or if this solution seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Additionally, feel free to open a new support ticket for further assistance at WPML Support Forum.
This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Background of the issue:
I am trying to move the products from am.artuyt.com to am.artuyt.org, both are using WPML. I am exporting the files using a WebToffee plugin.
Symptoms:
When I open an Excel file, the Armenian translation has an issue with utf-8 encoding.
Questions:
Can you help me to fix the utf-8 encoding issue with the Armenian translation?
Reference to our recent chat, please try the following:
1) Take a full backup of your site and database before proceeding.
2) Deactivate all plugins except WPML, WooCommerce, WCML and the said plugin.
3) Switch to a standard theme like 2024.
4) Check for the issue if it still happens.
Please let me know and I'll try my best to help you further on the matter.
I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.
Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in the admin and on the frontend.
IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.
I could see the issue in your site as you showed in your video.
However, upon further investigation I found out that you need the premium (or paid) version of the "Product Import Export for WooCommerce" plugin to add multilingual support.
Please note: The paid version is required for full multilingual features.
