Does this still happen for the product when you do these extra steps?

I need to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site—preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible—in order to be of better help. When you log in to leave your next reply, you will find the needed fields below the comment area. The information you will enter is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it.

Please indicate the product the issue happens with.

Yes, these extra steps helps only once. If I make a change then again - change is not registered and I need to do these extra steps for change to be registered.

Unfortunately I cannot give you an FTP access. We have custom hosting solution and we dont have direct accessable code. I can send it to you or we can install some wordpress plugin for that.

I attached a screenshot of one of my previous conversations with WPML support where supporter asked only for admin login details and he could create a local copy of my site to test. But of course I don't know if it is possible to do that in this case.

P.s. I am not sure you got the login details, because after I submitted the message I got an error. If you did not get the details please send me again this message where I can provide the login details for you

I have checked and tested this issue, which seems specific to this product ID.

Would it be a suitable solution for you to follow the steps below?

1. Go to Products > All Products and find the problematic product.

2. Hover over it and click on "Duplicate"

3. There appears to be no issue with a duplicated product.

Please backup your database before making any changes.

Thank you very much! Looks like the issue could be solved by duplicating the product and deleting the old one. It appears that the issue is not present in the product duplicate.
