Thank you for your feedback. I'm unsure if I can successfully install your site using the UpdraftPlus Backup plugin. Could you try using the "All-in-One Migration" plugin instead? It also has an option for exporting without the uploads folder. I have enabled the private field, where you can add the link to download the file. |

Thank you for your feedback. When using Duplicator, you can exclude any folder you wish. However, with All-in-One WP Migration, you can only exclude the specific folders shown in the options (as indicated in your screenshot). Suppose you’ve excluded the media library, but the package size is still large. In that case, your installation likely contains additional files not critical for the site’s operation, such as backup folders or duplicated data stored for backup purposes. Regarding the screenshot, I can't suggest anything else except excluding the media library. |

Thank you for your feedback. The error you are experiencing should have already been resolved with the latest update of WPML. We have just released the new WPML plugins. Please update your WPML plugin and all add-ons to the latest version, 4.7.4, to take advantage of the latest bug fixes and improvements. While this may not necessarily resolve your issue, it is essential to work with the most current code available for optimal troubleshooting. You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on our website. Instructions for updating can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/. If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the "Check for updates" button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab. If the initial issue persists after updating, you can provide me with access to your website, and I can download it from there. Alternatively, you can use Google Drive to upload a copy of your site's files. I have set up a new private message for you to provide the credentials, and you can also include a message there, along with a link. Please remember to back up your database before proceeding. |
