Please watch this video: hidden link

Now, before the cronjob is enabled, please run the test that i asked a few times already in the past.

Take a product that already exists, that appears as translated and change the code in the cronjob to only target that product.

Let's see if that sets it as "needs update". only to one product, so we can know what it does to the status. otherwise we will just be wasting time and the products will return to "needs update" again.

So far, though, I have no clue why with your same user you can't update a product. I did this in many ways, even with your past reference, where you had the issue, and to me it worked without a problem.

In the video you can also see how i've updated hundreds of products without issues either.

Thanks for the video,

1)I understand you actually ran this cronjob recently on the demo site, right? after I asked you to AND after that product being tested appeared as correctly translated (and not while it was set as "update needed")? because from the video I can't see that you're running it but I do see the stock set to 10 and that appears as correctly updated which is what we want to have everytime.

2) When you're sending the update to all the products, do you also add the ID of the translated products (it's not needed and I'm not sure what the effect would be there if you did, since that field is set to be synced automatically on save).

3) I cleaned out all the products that appeared as needed update and were published before my last reply, since the others are expected to be like that if you also update their stock but not the status (automatic translation is only applied on published status content).
