Hintergrund des Themas:
I have successfully installed WPML on one of my client's websites: hidden link and hidden link. Now I wanted to use the plugin on another of my customer's websites, hidden link, and have successfully installed it. Both domains are on the same hosting account.

Die Symptome:
An error occurs during translation and the progress bar stops at 0%. No English pages are displayed in the page overview: German (16 pages), English (0). There is content displayed in the translation manager for checking, but when I click on the review, an error message appears.

Fragen:
Can you help me resolve the issue where the progress bar stops at 0% during translation?
Why are no English pages displayed in the page overview despite having content in the translation manager?

While one of my teammates is addressing your ticket, I’ll provide you with some initial steps for debugging.

You can cancel the automatic translation that is currently in progress and then resend the items for translation.

First, navigate to WPML → Support → Troubleshooting and click on "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs."

Next, go to WPML → Settings. Once you select the "Translate What You Choose" mode, head over to WPML → Translation Management to resend the pages for automatic translation.

Thanks for the tips. Unfortunately, it doesn't help.

It still doesn't work. There are 27 translations to check and an error message appears when opening the check.
I have reinstalled the plugin and the extensions, but that didn't help either. The automatic translation stops at 0 % and there are no English pages in the page overview.

It would be important for my customer if we could find a solution quickly.

I have created a backup. Stopped the translation processes. Updated all plugins to the latest version and tested them again. It still does not work. It would be great if you could offer me a quick solution.

Hi,

It seems you may not have the language pair assigned under WPML → Translation Management → Translators to review the translation.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to a testing site where the issue is replicated.

You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply. The information you will enter is private which means only you and I can see and have access to it.

Maybe I'll need to replicate your site locally. For this, I’ll need to temporarily install a plugin called “Duplicator” or "All in One WP Migration" on your site. This will allow me to create a copy of your site and your content. Once the problem is resolved I will delete the local site. Let me know if this is ok with you.

IMPORTANT
-Please make a backup of site files and database before providing us access.
-If you do not see the wp-admin/FTP fields this means your post & website login details will be made PUBLIC. DO NOT post your website details unless you see the required wp-admin/FTP fields. If you do not, please ask me to enable the private box. The private box looks like this:

Marcel
