I have tried the qtranslate importer plugin on a client site with 3 languages: Traditional Chinese (zh) as the default, Simplified Chinese (cn), and English (en).
Symptoms:
The Traditional Chinese language is not being recognized correctly and only 2 languages are seen in the WPML settings. The menu is also not converted.
