[Waiting for user feedback] Randomly added languages which i never added

Background of the issue:
I am developing a site using WPML and noticed unexpected changes in the language settings.
Symptoms:
Today, I found many languages on my website that I never added, and I was charged for them.
Questions:
Why were additional languages added to my site without my input?
How can I prevent unauthorized language additions in the future?
Can I get a refund for the charges incurred due to these additional languages?
While one of my teammates takes care of your ticket, I will provide you with the first debugging steps.

But first, please update your WPML plugin and add-ons to the latest version, 4.6.14, to benefit from the latest bug fixes and improvements. This may not necessarily resolve your problem; however, we need to work on the newest code available to troubleshoot the issue best.
You can check the latest released versions under "My Account -> Downloads" on this site. Instructions to update can be found here: http://wpml.org/faq/install-wpml/
If you do not see the updates, you might need to click the Check for updates button in the Plugins → Add New Plugin → Commercial tab.
Please remember to backup your database before you proceed.
i update it. please fix the problem immediately i cant have these languages on my website! also i got charged for all the translation languages but i never added them
I am afraid language can not be added randomly or by mistake, a user should go to WPML > Language > Select them and then confirm to add them. Or during wizard installation select them from dropdown.
The best I can suggest is to remove them in the same way, if you do not wish to use them anymore.
Go to WPML > Languages > click "edit languages" and unselect the ones you do not wish to use anymore.
as I explained above, it is not something from our side. You need to remove the languages from your website as I have explained above.
Also as for a credit refund, I am afraid it is not something that can happen randomly or by mistake, nor something that is our fault, so I am afraid it is not something we can issue a refund to you. I am sorry for the trouble it has caused you and the additional expense, but I advise you to re-check who selected and added those languages to your website, and how languages are added/removed, so it doesn't not happen again.

this is completely unreasonable. we never added new languages they were just there out of nowhere. and you automatically translated ALL pages and charge for them. i never wanted any of them. We cant just pay $1000 for something we never ordered
