This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
If you're trying to redirect visitors from specific countries like the USA or Canada to a different website or subdomain based on their location, using WPML's "redirect visitors according to browser language" feature won't work for this purpose.
Solution:
We recommend using a geolocation plugin to achieve this type of redirection. WPML only supports redirection based on the browser's language settings, not the geographical location of the visitor. You can find a list of geolocation plugins compatible with WPML here: https://wpml.org/plugin-functionality/geotargeting/

If this solution is outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need assistance, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.
