Hi,

Please try the following steps:

1- Log in to the "new" account
2- Go to Account-> Sites (https://wpml.org/account/sites/)
3- Register the site and copy the site key
4- In your site's dashboard, go to Plugins-> Add New-> Commercial tab
5- Unregister WPML from the site and register with the new site key

Kindly let me know if the above steps fixed the issue.

Best regards,
Osama
