This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client was trying to update the WPML plugin but encountered an issue where the plugin needed to be registered again. Upon attempting to re-register, the client received an 'invalid request' message.
Solution:
1. We asked the client to send a screenshot of their WPML account sites page.
2. We identified that the issue was due to the site key being generated for a domain without the "www" prefix.
3. We instructed the client to go to http://wpml.org/account/sites/, remove the current key, and generate a new key for the exact URL with the "www" prefix: https://www.baysidechiroprovidence.com
4. We then asked the client to enter the new key in their site's backend to see if it resolves the issue.
If this solution does not apply to your case, or if it seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. We also highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
